Current implementation status

In the Canadian jurisdictions of Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, the supervising driver in the learner stage is subject to a low BAC requirement (zero BAC).
In Ontario, the supervising driver is restricted to a blood alcohol level of less than .05 (if this person is 21 and under, their blood alcohol level should be zero).
In several Australian states, the supervising driver in the learner stage is subject to a low BAC requirement.
